What Our Residents Say
"This isn’t my first time trying to get sober. I’ve been to a lot of different halfway houses in South Florida and I’ve never experienced the unconditional love and support that I’ve gotten at Rose Way. This house has reconnected me with God and has given me a life worth living. I’ve gained a family, a sisterhood, and lifelong friends. We recover at Rose Way!"
"Rose Way and Megan were put into my life when I needed it the most. I could count on Megan to be on my side when not many people were, and I could count on the girls of Rose Way to hold me accountable. Rose Way gives you the network and support to reach long term sobriety. "
"After struggling with drug and alcohol addiction for most of my life and being hospitalized for almost a year, I knew I had to do something different and couldn't go straight home after being discharged. Through my sponsor, I was introduced to Megan and it was life changing to say the least. It was the structure and foundation that I needed to be able to have long term sobriety. I needed to learn life on life's terms. I also had to learn the simple things addicts forget about daily living such as being able to take criticism, get up on time, hold a job, talk to others with respect as well as respecting myself. I have met some of the most amazing women that I am grateful to call my closest friends and biggest supporters. Today, I am proud to say I am a mom, a caring daughter and sister, a dependable and hard working employee and all around a decent person. None of this would be possible had I not gave my will to God and walked into the doors of Rose Way. Thank you Megan. "
"After coming out of treatment for the first time and not knowing what to do next, I found my way to Rose Way Recovery house. At Rose Way I found a home, surrounded by other strong women. We supported each other through the good and bad times, held each other accountable, and grew spiritually together. I remain friends and I am in close contact with all of the women I met at Rose Way. We continue to love and support each other. Megan the owner, was amazing and is one of my greatest mentors to this day. She gave us enough freedom to grow in a safe environment that also required us to have jobs, do chores, work a 12 step program and allowed us to be open and honest with her and the other women. Because of the way Megan guided us, we learned to be independent, sober women who are ready to deal with real life situations. Women who come through Rose Way leave stronger and independent and grow into solid woman in Recovery. I was so lucky to be a part of it!"
"At the time I met Megan, I did not know how big of an impact she would actually make on me. She came into my life when I felt lonely and lost. I was still questioning whether or not I wanted to continue living a sober life. She and the Rose Way girls picked me up, held my hands and did not allow me to give up. They loved me when I didn’t love myself and were there for me when I couldn’t be alone. I was taught how to live life on life’s terms and be a woman that walks with dignity, grace, and purpose. Today, I have a life beyond my wildest dreams and a life worth living. I have a life that I wouldn’t have without Rose Way Recovery House."
