Phase III is the final phase of the Rose Way Recovery House sober living program. Women in Phase III have 1 year or more of continuous sobriety and sponsor other women.
Phase Three is the final phase of the Rose Way Recovery House sober living program. When you move into Phase Three, you will have 1 year or more of continuous sobriety. You will have continued to maintain full-time employment to the best of your ability. You attend meetings weekly in your 12-step fellowship of choice. You’re chopping wood and carrying water, as they say.
Actively working a program of recovery and after a year, you will have realized many of the benefits of recovery. This is the perfect opportunity to practice one of the most rewarding aspects of recovery. Sponsorship. Because the only way we get to keep what we have, is by giving it away. It’s been said that the best way to learn something, is by teaching it to someone else. There are few places where that is as true as in women’s recovery. Residents in Phase Three Housing in Lantana will be actively working a 12-step program and sponsoring other women to help work their own steps. Here’s a brief rundown of the Phase Three highlights.
- Maintain full-time employment.
- Continue to have a sponsor and meet with them regularly.
- Sponsor women in recovery themselves (have sponsees).
- Have followed the rules and maintained 1 year or more of continuous sobriety.
- Continue to attend weekly 12-step meetings in their fellowship of choice.
